The Bindon Landslide of Christmas Eve 1839 lies within the Undercliffs National Nature Reserve and is one of the most famous landslides in the World, yet there is no agreement on how it may have formed. Recent advances in aerial photography and laser mapping have provided a wealth of new data and offer new insights into what may be going on.
